LJSUP-5331: remove all breaks line of text and html
- text will not exceed 'trim' characters length,
- extra_text not exceed 'extra_trim' characters if specified or 'trim' if not,
- remove all break lines tags and \n and \r characters,
- break lines by 'addbreaks' characters.
