LJSUP-4644: Allow comments to be loaded via gearman for specified communities.
This change will have no effect until journals are specified in a config subroutine $LJ::LOADCOMMENTS_USING_GEARMAN.
The new worker also needs to be running in order for comments to be retrieved via gearman.
