if we're behind a lite mod_proxy front-end, we need to trick future
handlers into thinking they know the real remote IP address and
requested host name

mod_proxy_add_forward is kind to us and adds X-Forwarded-For and X-Host.

finishing details on clock-fucked-up protection.

now, if user deletes or modifies their most recent dated-post, we
remove the userprop.

yet another bug of avva's. $r->content is only valid when
content-type url-encoded is explicitly given. but we don't require
that in our protocol docs, so only some clients (like 1.4.7) did it.
