Log Message:
------------
avva: Another bug fix for utf8convert.bml: my braindead error caused poll
results to be converted erroneously. Since poll results weren't
converted at all until yesterday's fix, almost no information is lost
so far, but please commit ASAP. Tested.

avva: At least some old mailers (e.g. some Eudora versions) are too stupid to
understand RFC2047-encoded subject lines. So, let's only encode subject
lines if we have to, if they're pure ASCII let's leave them alone.

Tested.
